Meet the Placement Team

Behind every successful campus recruitment journey is a team that plans carefully, communicates consistently and keeps students moving towards their career goals. The Placement Cell brings together academic leadership, placement coordination and training support to create a structured bridge between students and the world of work.

People Behind the Placement Journey

The Placement Cell works as a coordinated support system for students throughout their transition from academic life to professional employment. Its work extends beyond arranging recruitment drives: it involves understanding student needs, strengthening employability, coordinating with recruiters and maintaining a clear communication channel between students, faculty and industry.

A year-round approach allows students to receive guidance progressively rather than waiting until the final semester. Training, career preparation, recruitment support and follow-up are connected so that students can approach every opportunity with greater confidence and preparedness.

A Collaborative Placement Ecosystem

The Placement Cell operates as a link between students, faculty, academic departments, trainers, alumni and prospective employers. Effective placement support depends on this collaboration: students need preparation and guidance, recruiters need an organized interaction point, and the institution needs a coordinated system that can respond to changing career and industry requirements.

Through this collaborative model, the team aims to make placement preparation a meaningful part of student development rather than an activity limited to the end of the academic programme.
