Faculty Grievance Redressal Committee

The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) of Mangalam College of Engineering provides a fair, transparent, and time-bound mechanism for addressing the grievances of faculty and staff members. In accordance with AICTE regulations, the Committee addresses service-related matters.

It promotes fairness, accountability, confidentiality, and a harmonious working environment within the institution.

Responsibilities

Receive Grievances

The Committee is the authorized body responsible for receiving and addressing grievances related to administrative decisions, workplace conditions, workload, interpersonal concerns, and professional practices.

Systematic Investigation

It investigates complaints systematically by collecting relevant information, reviewing evidence, and consulting the concerned parties before recommending appropriate corrective measures.

Mediation & Dialogue

The Committee may facilitate mediation and dialogue to reach a fair and mutually acceptable resolution.

Confidentiality

All proceedings are handled confidentially to protect the privacy and dignity of those involved.

Records & Review

It maintains records and periodically reviews resolved cases to improve institutional policies and grievance-redressal practices.
